Glazed Tiles –

Unglazed Tiles –

Unglazed tiles do not glaze or shine. Meaning, there is no shine on the tile. But that does not mean these tiles do not look attractive. The fact is, these tiles do not have any coating on their surface. And what you see is the actual color or look of stone or tile. When you use them in your home, you give your home a unique and natural draw.

Another attractive feature of unglazed tiles is that, they are dense – denser than glazed tiles. If cared for adequately, they will last longer than glazed tiles will.

Unlike glazed tiles, they do not slip even when there is moisture or water on the surface.
